WHEN I heard about the tragedy in the village of Prestolee last Saturday evening, I was mortified.
It is a close-knit community, so I can imagine what pain and suffering the family and friends are going through from what I have read in the Bolton Evening News and also seeing it on the faces of the people as they stop and read the cards and messages left at the scene. My deepest sympathies go out to all family and friends.
AN EMPTY CHAIR?
No matter how old, no matter how young,
When a tragedy happens, there is always an empty chair.
Whether at family occasions, or even friends' parties,
There's an empty chair in the house.
In the living room, even around the kitchen table,
There will always be that empty chair.
The only answer to all of this is that
There is a chair in God's Heaven for everyone.
God Bless
