TWO Liverpool University academics are challenging claims that Ecstasy is harmful. Dr Jon Cole and Harry Sumnall, writing in The Psychologist magazine, said that adverse effects of the drug could be imaginary. The article has angered anti-drug campaigners including Paul Betts, whose daughter Leah died after taking the drug.
