WANDERERS fans face a public transport headache for the big clash at Old Trafford on Wednesday night, September 11.
An anticipated rail strike means the last service via the back-up bus service to Bolton leaves Manchester city centre about 9pm - just when the second-half should be kicking off!
Here are a couple of alternatives for supporters who cannot make the journey by car.
Metrolink:
A regular return service runs from Radcliffe into the city centre and onwards to two stations close to the ground - Exchange Quay or Old Trafford.
Bus:
The No 8 from Moor Lane is every 10 minutes into Manchester at tea-time and every 30 minutes - at five minutes to and 25 minutes past the hour - after the final whistle and throughout the night.
This operates from Cannon Street with various stops heading back in the Bolton direction.
