PER Frandsen is resigned to having played for Denmark for the last time.
The Reebok favourite has not officially hung up his international boots but he is not expecting any more calls from national coach Morten Olsen.
"It's been going okay for me this season and I'm enjoying my football," the midfield ace said, relating to Sam Allardyce's suggestion that, while playing the best football of his career, he deserves to be back in Olsen's plans.
"But the national team is all over for me now after not going to the World Cup in the summer. I'm just working as hard as ever for Bolton."
Frandsen won 23 caps for Denmark, including appearances in the 1998 World Cup Finals, but has always been philosophical about his international career - his main motivation being to play well for Wanderers.
But Allardyce raised the issue last week when he said the 32-year-old was playing better than ever and deserved to be in the Denmark squad.
