A MAN has been fined a total of £175 by Bolton magistrates for disorderly behaviour and failing to attend court on a previous occasion.
Robert Walsh, aged 20 of Ainsworth Lane, Tonge Moor, was originally charged with disorderly behaviour following an incident on May 30.
Magistrates heard how police were investigating another incident at 1.45am when they came across Walsh and three others returning from a night out. Walsh took offence to being stopped and searched and swore at the officer repeatedly.
He failed to attend court for his hearing and a warrant was issued.
Magistrates fined Walsh £75 for disorderly behaviour, £50 for his failure to surrender and £50 costs. He was ordered to pay £10 a week.
