A LAST minute goal by Andy Walker of Hindley Tigers in the Bolton Boys Fed U16 helped them to a hard fought 2-1 win over the Lads Club.

Oxford Grove in the U12 LFA Cup crushed Charnock Richard 8-0 with a superb five goals for Horsman. There were also comfortable wins for Bolton County and Westhoughton.

In the U13 First and Second Division, Interleague centre forward Danny Lafferty's only goal of the game was good enough to see off CMB Juniors, in a close fought 1-0 win for AFC Park. Oxford Grove had a great first win of the season at CMB Colts, but high-flying Hindsford came back from the dead from 2-0 down to win 3-2.

Greenhalgh grabbed a brace in the battle of the Bridges in which it was stalemate as Astley and Lady played out a 3-3 draw.

There were plenty of goals in the U15 with top scorers being Bromley Cross and Martindales who both scored six in their respective wins. Ladybridge and Radcliffe Boro had a cracker drawing 3-3, and Haydon got a hat-trick for Hindley Juniors as they beat Oxford Grove 5-1.

In the U16 Ladybridge had a comfortable win at Bolton County, Abbott scoring four. Wigan and Hindsford had a hard fought 2-2 draw, but comeback of the day saw AFC Bolton 4-1 down with 10 minutes to go and fight back to earn a 4-4 draw with Hindley Juniors.
