WANDERERS' immediate Premiership prospects have been boosted by the return to training of first team duo Paul Warhurst and Ricardo Gardner.
Warhurst, who has been restricted to just two Premiership starts with a hamstring problem, and Gardner, back after a minor knee operation, will look to confirm their fitness with runouts in the reserves, who play Leeds at Gigg Lane tonight (ko 7pm).
Impressive workouts could put them both in the running for a return to the senior squad for Sunday's trip to Spurs.
Former Tottenham star Chris Armstrong gets another game in the second string with the incentive that he could also be in the squad for White Hart Lane. Jay Jay Okocha is also expected to figure.
