BOLTON residents can learn how to save money, energy and the planet at a roadshow. An Energy Efficiency Roadshow is at the Market Place until Tuesday.
Representatives from the Greater Manchester North Energy Efficiency Advice Centre will be on hand to answer questions and give you some simple money saving tips.
Anyone who goes along can take part in a free home energy check, get advice on grants and discounts and receive a free energy saving lightbulb.
The Energy Efficiency Advice Centre says that if every household in the country installed three energy saving lightbulbs, enough energy would be saved to supply all street lighting in the UK.
The roadshows are being supported by Bolton Council as part of the council's commitment to improving energy efficiency in the town and promoting affordable warmth. The events coincide with National Energy Efficiency Week.
