A BOY'S imaginative artwork will be remembered by future generations at his school after he won a competition to design a stained glass window.
Richard Latham, aged 11, came first in the contest, held to celebrate the 25th anniversary of St John's RC Primary.
The Year Six pupil's design, which includes scenes from the Bromley Cross school's history, has been built in the hallway.
As part of the anniversary celebrations, the staff want to contact former pupils, ex-members of staff and families who have had contact with St John's.
A reunion mass will be held at St John's Church on Tuesday, November 19, at 7pm. Afterwards, visitors will be welcomed to the Darwen Road school to look at an exhibition of photographs and memorabilia. Anyone who would like to contribute to the exhibition is urged to call 333440.
