MAGISTRATES in Bury have declined to deal with the case of two people charged with drug offences.
Omar Zia, aged 20, of Spring Street, Bury, is accused of possessing cannabis with intent to supply, and a further charge of supplying a 13-year-old schoolboy. He refused to make a plea.
Zoe Hussain, of Bury Road, Radcliffe, pleaded not guilty to possessing cannabis with intent to supply, and of supplying the drug. The cases were adjourned until December 17 when committal to the Crown Court is expected to take place.
Bail was granted.
