NOW is the time to get rid of Sam Allardyce and bring in a more experienced boss such as David O'Leary.
Sam is not a Premiership manager and is not getting the players together. He and Phil Brown are not good enough.
Bolton need to get rid of him now so the new one has the chance to get the side playing better before Christmas - we will already be doomed after that.
