POLICE are appealing for information after a man indecently exposed himself in front of an 11-year-old girl.
The incident happened in a car park in Brunswick Street, Chorley, after he parked a silver Land Rover-style vehicle close to where the girl was sitting.
As he got out, he was talking on a mobile phone and indecently exposed himself.
The girl started to walk away but the man got back into his car and drove towards her.
He then performed an indecent act while he sat in the driver's seat.
The man is described as white, with dark brown hair which is balding on top. He was aged 30-40 years old and wearing dark blue overalls with press studs down the front.
He was about 5ft 9in tall and very pale skinned.
Anyone with any information on this incident, which occurred at 5.15pm on Tuesday, October 15, should call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
