BOLTON Hospice is holding an exclusive fundraising black tie Champagne Gourmet Dinner.

Talented local chef Patrick Trodden will be preparing a delicious 'French themed' dinner for the evening which is being held at Salford University to help commemorate the hospice's 10th anniversary year.

For an inclusive ticket price of £50, guests will be greeted with a canap and champagne reception followed by an exquisite four course dinner, accompanied with a selection of fine wines. The event is being held on Tuesday November 19.
