WANDERERS' Academy will have state of the art computer equipment at their Euxton headquarters following a donation from the Professional Footballers Association.
The training complex offices are undergoing major redevelopments and £20,000 of equipment will be installed in a new computer suite, alongside areas for study and technical support,
The grant has been made by the PFA and Vocational Training Society, which is the academic arm of the Association, to benefit the educational needs of the Academy scholars.
Fran Walsh, the Academy's head of education and welfare said: "This is a generous offer. The facility will be of immense benefit, not only to scholars but also to the full-time professionals and technical staff."
