MORE than 100 United Utilities employees who have dedicated their free time to supporting their local communities are due to be guests of honour tonight at a dinner and concert by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
Among them is Bolton-born Sonia Crossley, from Astley, who became a volunteer for Visually Impaired Educated Wanderers when a colleague set up the group to help a partner who is partially sighted. She is also the group's treasurer and secretary and helps with fundraising.
