SOCCER crazy youngsters at a Bolton school are over the moon after being handed a complete set of football kit.
Pupils playing for Chalfont School, Bolton, will kick-off their next game in smart attire -- hoping their performance will match their appearance.
Chalfont is the eighth team in Bolton to be given a kit by Premiership sponsor Barclaycard which is making awards as part of a £4 million grass roots football programme.
Bolton North-east MP David Crausby presented the kit to the youngsters at Hibbert Street Community Centre, off Blackburn Road, Bolton.
Christine Martindale, Barclays regional manager, said: "It is essential we support football at this level."
Other schools which have received new kits are Bolton Parish Church School, Brownlow Fold, Sunning Hill Primary, All Saints CE, Firwood, St Stephens and All Martyrs CE and Moorgate Primary.
