I HAVE read many letters and stories in the Bolton Evening News over the years about groups of yobs laden with fireworks, laser pens, or anything that will make life hell for people within sight or earshot of these youths.

But what about the individual yobs/loners who single out people and their homes and take great pleasure in harassing and terrorising their target?

As a person who has witnessed this victimisation at first hand by two local hoods, I cannot understand why their parents do not give a care what effect their children's behaviour has on people. I mean, they will never know how it feels until they reach an age where they may become the victim when the next generation of yobs comes along. All I ask is, if a parent suspects their kids are the cause of misery, then please get them under control and let the rest of us get on with our lives in peace.
