CHART star Robbie Williams was going on a whirlwind tour today taking in three cities in one day.
The star was being ferried by helicopter to meet fans in Bristol, Manchester and Glasgow as he gears up for his album release.
Williams, 28, was calling in at radio stations at each of his stops to promote fifth album Escapology.
The Stoke-born singer recently recorded a BBC TV special to plug the new release as he steps back into the limelight after a year away.
Williams was going to be at Glasgow's Radio Clyde at 8.15am, before heading on to the city's Beat 106 station.
He will then jump aboard a helicopter to get to Manchester for chats with Key 103 and former Slade singer Noddy Holder at the city's Century Radio.
He was rounding off his whistle-stop tour with a visit to Bristol to record an interview with GWR which was later being networked to 33 UK stations.
