BOLTON'S newly-formed health body, the Primary Care Trust, received 13 complaints in the three months from July to September -- and 35 thank you letters.
Complaints were mostly about services which the Trust provides, according to a report which goes before its board meeting tonight at 7pm in Bolton Town Hall. The public are welcome to attend. The details of the complaints were not disclosed.
