A TEENAGE thug who was given a five-year anti-social behaviour order on Thursday was due back before magistrates today facing allegations that he breached the order yesterday.
Bolton Council got the order against Lee McGreavy, aged 19, in Bolton Magistrates Court after he admitted a string of car offences and other thefts.
The terms of the order included banning him for five years from entering a part of Great Lever, driving a car, and hanging around in groups of more than four people unless they were members of his family.
But McGreavy was arrested yesterday in Great Lever after allegedly breaching one of the conditions of the order.
He was taken into custody and was due to appear in court today. Breaking the order could carry a maximum penalty of five years in prison.
