Wanderers fan Phil Heys is facing a dilemma.
He managed to get tickets for a Peter Kay show in Manchester -- but has now been told that Sky Sports wants him to commentate on a Bolton game on the same night.
Mr Heyes, aged 27, of Midford Drive, Sharples, has tickets for the comedian's show at the Manchester Apollo on Monday, December 16, and does not want to miss it.
But now he has been asked to commentate on Wanderers' home game against Leeds on Sky Sports' Fan Zone, which has a supporter from each club giving their opinion on the match.
Mr Heyes said: "I have been a fan of Peter Kay for such a long time and I've never managed to see him live.
"When I contacted Sky Sports about being on Fan Zone in July I didn't bank on them ringing back, never mind asking me to commentate on the same night as the Peter Kay show."
Mr Heys, who works at computer company IBM in Manchester, hopes he can find someone who has also got Peter Kay tickets to swap nights with him and his wife Michelle.
He said: "I'm not bothered where I watch him, but I don't want to miss him. However, the chance to commentate on a Wanderers game on Sky Sports is once in a lifetime."
If you have Peter Kay tickets and want to swap with Mr Heys, he can be contacted on 07774122643.
Mr Heys has been a Whites' fan since he was two. He added: "These are two of the greatest loves of my life and I don't want to have to pick between the two."
