A TEENAGER pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis, when he appeared before Bury magistrates.
The court heard that Martin McCloud, aged 18, reached into his pocket and produced a lump of the drug even before police searched him in Bury town centre.
The cannabis, worth around £5, was accepted by the prosecution as being for personal use of McCloud of Buller Street, Bury.
He was fined £130 with £50 court costs.
