RADIO One DJ Sara Cox has been investigated by broadcasting watchdogs after accidentally playing a cocaine-snorting sequence on a record by controversial rap singer Eminem.
The Bolton-born presenter of the Breakfast Show played My Dad's Gone Crazy, a track from the star's latest album, The Eminem Show.
The sound effect features at the beginning of the track.
Afterwards, Eminem's daughter Hailie can be heard saying: "Daddy, what are you doing?"
One listener complained to the Broadcasting Standards Commission which launched an investigation in May.
They decided to take no further action after Radio One bosses said they had spotted the gaffe and edited the sound effect out of further playings of the track.
It is not the first time Sara's breakfast show has attracted controversy.
The former Canon Slade and Smithills School pupil was criticised for an interview she conducted with Ali G in which he swore, made a string of lewd remarks about sex and drugs, and made disparaging remarks about pop star Gareth Gates.
Sara was also reprimanded for remarks she made about the Queen Mother. She recently put pen to paper on a £1 million deal to stay at Radio One for another three years.
