GIANT anti-litter posters urging people to "Stop The Drop" have been put up around Bolton town centre and surrounding districts.
The posters are the work of youngsters who entered a competition organised by Bolton Council in conjunction with the Bolton Evening News.
And the Mayor, Cllr John Walsh, went on a tour of the town to admire the work of the children. The competition, for different age groups, attracted scores of entries.
The theme was how to get people to stop dropping litter to make the town cleaner. All the winners won top prizes, including panto tickets and tickets for Bolton Wanderers games.
