A TEENAGER and a four-month-old baby died following a "catalogue of errors" at a Manchester Hospital, the General Medical Council has heard.
Doctor Mark Baxandall, aged 42, of Stockport, appeared before the GMC over the deaths of both boys after routine surgery at Booth Hall Children's Hospital.
The consultant anaesthetist denies serious professional misconduct.
