BURY & Radcliffe Junior Football League was represented in the U12s Manchester County FA Cup competition last weekend by Boothstown JFC who came out top with a 4-3 win coming from behind with two goals in the last 10 minutes against Reddish Vulcans from the Stockport Metro League.

, the third goal coming from Tom Davies. Lee Wharton secured victory scoring the winner to complete his match hat-trick.

Boothstown U14 were also involved in county cup cup action. Danny Townsend and Jordan Lang bagged two goals in their 6 - 1 defeat of visiting Sale Utd. In the U18 county cup Heywood St James progressed to the next round with a brilliant win at Urmston.

Meanwhile back in the League Joey Ward scored both goals against Seedfield to give Radcliffe Jnrs U14 their first points of the season.

Kieron Murphy scored a hatrick for Westbury U13 in their win against Farnworth.

In the U15s sections Ryan Shaunassey and Lee Barnett helped Moston Jnrs to their first points at the expense of Westbury.

The next League Managers' meeting will be on Thursday December 12 at Bury FC Social Club, Gigg Lane, Bury beginning at 8pm. All clubs should be represented.
