A SCHOOL has enlisted the help of experts to help pupils learning about science.
Ray Heaton, Science and Design and Technology Consultant with Bolton and Bury Education Business Partnership, and Salford Science and Technology Regional Organisation, took along interactive exhibits to Chorley New Road Primary School in Horwich.
Children from the school, and children and teachers from St Mary's Primary School, demonstrated some of the experiments to parents who had also attended the two-day event.
Mr Heaton said: "The parents, teachers and children felt that the two days spent taking part in the science experiments have been of great benefit in the learning of science. Helping children to understand difficult concepts is always immensely satisfying."
