A FREE seminar will advise on avoiding the pitfalls of inheritance tax and conserving family wealth for successive generations.
Topics covered will include maximising reliefs and exemptions, using trusts, tax effective and flexible wills, share re-organisations and company restructurings. lifetime giving and moving ownership of assets around a family for greater tax effectiveness.
The seminar will feature Peter Legg (inheritance tax planning consultant at Bury business advisers DTE) and Philip Taylor, head of the probate department at Blackburn law firm Farleys.
