COMPANIES are being told that they should never underestimate the importance of giving the right Christmas gift for employees.
"Sticking a company logo on a calendar and dishing them out to your team will make them feel disappointed at how little they are valued," said Simon Vincent, Chief Executive of experiences company Red Letter Days.
The company offers more than 300 experiences including aerobatic flying, travel on the Orient-Express, celebrity gardening masterclasses and access to a professional recording studio. Clients for the company's corporate incentive scheme service include Abbey National, Axa-PPP Healthcare, American Express, Camelot, HSBC, Merrill Lynch, Microsoft and Reebok.
