CHILDREN in Bolton are spending 60 per cent more time spent in front of the television than being taught by a teacher in school according to research, commissioned by the makers of Screenblock, a device used to limit the time spent watching television.
The report surveyed the television viewing habits of more than 500 families in the UK between July and August of this year.
