THEY do say you get the best hamburgers in the USA, and you certainly do at Manhattan's Old Homestead restaurant, where a top of the range burger is a snip at 41 dollars.

Dubbed "The World's Most Decadent Hamburger", the fancy fast food is selling surprisingly well considering the price tag.

And why so expensive? Apparently they're Kobe beef, made from cattle raised on beer and massaged daily. Ah well, at least the poor cows were suitably relaxed before they got the chop.
