FRIENDS of a British tourist who claim he was wrongly imprisoned in Tenerife are to protest outside the Spanish Embassy in London.
Kevan Sloan, from Kirby, Merseyside, was jailed in January 2000 for armed robbery.
It was claimed Sloan, aged 28, carried out the robbery while visiting his mother Eileen Forrester who lives in Tenerife.
His supporters say the case has flaws, including claims that the robber spoke fluent Spanish when Kevan cannot.
