EVERTON footballer Duncan Ferguson will not be prosecuted following reports that he assaulted a burglar in his home, police have said.
The footballer struggled with 37-year-old Carl Bishop after finding him inside his luxury home in Formby, Merseyside. Police said he "acted reasonably."
