BOLTON Central Library is to hold a lecture on the intricacies of art restoration on Thursday at 2pm.
Guest speaker Harriet Owen-Hughes, who has worked on the restoration and preservation of paintings in a number of National Trust properties, will show visitors what the work of an art conserver involves.
