ALLEGATIONS that two council care workers sexually a severely disabled man have been dropped.
Andrew Dyson and Paul Spencer had been accused of indecently assaulting the 34-year-old wheelchair bound man after being entrusted to wash and dress him between October 2000 and January 2003.
But the prosecution offered no evidence.
Mr Dyson, aged 38, of Springside Avenue, Walkden, and Mr Spencer, 44, of West Way, Little Hulton, were employed by Salford Social Services and had denied seven allegations of indecent assault at Minshull Crown Court, Manchester.
