RESIDENTS, schools and youth groups are being urged to join forces with communities around the world to raise money for International Childhood Cancer Day on February 15.
Events are being arranged in 46 countries, including America and Brazil to help ensure youngsters suffering from the disease get the best treatment and care, no matter where they live.
A website featuring suggestions about ways to get involved, information about cancer and stories from children affected by the disease can be found at www.cancerresearch.org/childcancerday.
