I AM disgusted with the attitude of Michael Ricketts this season.
His apparent lack of interest in helping Bolton Wanderers stay in the Premiership has left a bad taste in the mouth for some time.
Now he has come out and made it clear that he does not want to play for Wanderers.
It comes as no surprise because he has not played with any level of commitment for some time, ever since he got his England cap 12 months ago in fact.
He actually has two England caps if you ask me, his first and his last because he is not good enough to play for his country and only got called up because of the public demand at the time.
He is supposed to be one of our big players but the only thing that is big about him now is his ego and the size of his backside.
I agree with what Andy Walker and John McGinlay said about him this week. He is not bigger than the club and he owes Wanderers a great deal more than he is giving them.
He has shown a total lack of loyalty to the club which took him from nowhere into the Premiership and the England team.
I am glad the fans booed him at Newcastle and I will be doing the same if he plays against Everton on Tuesday.
