THE MEN'S Individuals was won by Wayne Merrick (The Lamb) who beat team-mate Roe in the final.
Mick Bushby (Halliwell X) and Rob Hacker (New Yorkers) were the semi-finalists. The competition was well attended with 35 competitors taking part.
Monday, January 27, is the Ladies Individuals at the Robin Hood, Halliwell Road. Free entry. Latecomers can telephone the Robin Hood on Bolton 848642.
The next competition will be the Ladies Round the Board Pairs on Monday, February 17.
The Men's Round The Board Pairs will be on March 31.
