ONLY three games survived this weekend in the Pioneer Sunday League including an exciting top of the table clash between Spread Eagle and Astley Miners.
Gallagher put Spread in front after 30 minutes and ten minutes later Kay made it 2-0 for half-time.
Miners pulled one back on the hour mark when Fashou fired home and Powell equalised for Miners 15 minutes later.
Both teams had chances to score but they both had to settle for a point each.
A&N Paper picked up a 4-3 victory over Commercial FC with goals coming from Knowles, two from Davies and Smith.
In Division One, Rigby Taylor came back from 1-0 down in their game with Faux Forest to win a 3-2 thriller. Their goals came from Jones, two, and Cover.
