WE run the rule over the Toffeemen
Ground: Goodison Park
Nickname: The Toffees
Manager: David Moyes
Position in table: Fifth
Last time out: Premiership - Everton 2 Sunderland 1
How they lined up: Wright, Pistone, Weir, Stubbs, Unsworth, Watson, Li Tie (Gravesen), Gemmill, Naysmith, McBride (Campbell). Radzinski. Subs: Pembridge, Yobo, Gerrard.
Selection update: Wayne Rooney is suspended and with Kevin Campbell still returning from injury, it is likely that American loan striker Brian McBride and Tomasz Radzinski will continue as the front pair.
Joseph Yobo may remain on the bench with David Weir and Alan Stubbs impressing against Sunderland, while new right-back Ibrahim Said has a chance of making his Premiership debut.
Midfielder Tobias Linderoth has returned to training after three months out with a knee injury but is unlikely to feature, while crocked Tony Hibbert and Garry Naysmith will not return.
Last six games played: Sunderland won 2-1, Spurs lost 3-4, Shrewsbury lost 2-1, Man City drew 2-2, Bolton drew 0-0, Birmingham drew 1-1.
Form guide: Everton may be punching above their weight in the Premiership table, but their away record is not fantastic.
They have won four times on their travels and have not been victorious since November 11. Their victims have been Leeds, Blackburn and Wanderers' relegation rivals Sunderland and West Ham.
In their last two away trips Everton were defeated by Spurs and Third Division side Shrewsbury Town in the FA Cup.
In fact their win over Sunderland in their last game was the first that David Moyes' team have won since they beat Blackburn at Goodison Park on December 14.
