A BURY woman has appeared back in court admitting 17 charges of deception involving a bank card belonging to her mother.
Sarah Hayhurst, aged 34, of Castle Hill Road, Bury, committed the spree of offences involving goods dishonestly obtained from a store in Rooley Moor, Rochdale, and from other shops in Rochdale during December last year and January this year.
She is said to have used a bank Connect card belonging to her mother and by claiming she was her mother dishonestly obtained goods from Rooley Moor Stores, Kwiksave, United North West Co-op, Somerfield, and Iceland to a total value of £743. The case had been adjourned once.
Rochdale magistrates further adjourned the hearing until February 19 while pre-sentence reports are compiled. Hayhurst was granted bail.
