HAVING just spent two weeks in the Royal Bolton Hospital, I am writing to tell you of my experiences there.

The ward was meticulously clean, the floor shone like a mirror. Nothing was too much trouble for the nursing staff, who were always available at a moment's notice to attend to our various needs.

Every day the physio staff came round and, all in all, it was an enlightening stay. I will end on commenting on the excellency of the meals.
