THIRTY-seven pupils at a Farnworth school are celebrating early exam success.
The year 11 pupils at Mount St Joseph School took their GCSE Science paper in November -- nearly eight months earlier then usual.
When results came out this week, pupils, staff and parents were delighted to find out all the students entered had achieved the highest grade possible.
The exam was the foundation paper for the dual award sciences and all pupils now have two "C" grade passes.
Head of Science Chris Proffitt said: "We are very proud of these students."
who worked very hard to revise. They attended after school classes and revision days during the school holidays to ensure that coursework and revision was complete.
"They are all now concentrating on the summer - when they will all be entered for the Higher Tier separate sciences. This is an opportunity not to be missed for those pupils wanting to take science at A level or try for a science based profession."
