A HARD-WORKING volunteer at a busy Farnworth youth charity steps into the spotlight today to receive the Bolton Evening News' Bouquet of the Week.
Margaret Kerr has been a"willing volunteer" at Zac's Youth Bar in Market Street, Farnworth, for the past 18 months.
As the project's fund-raiser Judi Hibbert explains: "It is sincerely appreciated that Margaret never misses her voluntary work in spite of back problems.
"She is a great friend of the staff and other volunteers at Zac's and mixes well with the Mother and Toddler group, the After School clubs and the young people who attend the youth bar, plus the monthly youth bar for those with special needs," said Judi.
Zac's manager Stuart Barnes added: "Margaret is a star. She mixes well, cooks well and never lets us down."
They felt she well deserved our weekly flowers -- and Margaret loved the bouquet which arrived courtesy of Caroline Ward's flower and gift delivery service (0800-289-335).
