CHILDREN'S charity Barnados has thanked the people of Bolton who helped them to raise more than £6,000 at a flag day last year.
The money raised will be put towards the charity's work to help children, young people and families who face disadvantage or disability.
Luen Thompson, head of fundraising for Barnados' North-west region, said: "We would like to thank all volunteers for their invaluable help, and all those members of the public who contributed for their generosity."
