IN a return to form, singer and former Wet, Wet, Wet frontman Marti Pellow stars in the touring stage version of hit musical Chicago which lands in Manchester this month.
Pellow shot to fame with a string of chart topping hits in the 1980s, but fell from grace after a much publicised collapse, followed by admissions of drug dependency.
Since his rehabilitation, Pellow has enjoyed some solo success and made his West End debut with the starring role in this high profile musical show.
Pellow plays devious lawyer Billy Flynn in the vamped-up tale of music and murder, currently in the headlines again thanks to a new film version starring Richard Gere in the Flynn role, alongside Catherine Zeta-Jones and Rene Zellwegger.
