I WAS aghast and amazed by your article "It's official: new year diets do a fat lot of good", where you say that £335m is spent diets and health clubs.
Surely this not in one month?
It must be yearly?
Now I know why we see these glass-fronted very posh health clubs springing up! You say diets do not work, or people simply have no willpower to stay on them; this is maybe a good thing, as some of them seem rather odd or dangerous to me.
My main point is that I and thousands like me have achieved easy and permanent weight loss/control, and many other benefits, by the simple taking of a fruit juice! No worse than drinking say orange juice twice a day! No other dramatic or silly food reduction or strenuous exercise is necessary, and is for any age groups. The product is an organic and naturally produced product and can be taken in the comfort of your own home.
If anyone is interested in this wonderful and natural product, I would be happy to pass on the information free! No £335m for them.
