LEIGH RMI make the long trip to the Kent coast in confident mood they can pick up precious points against Margate tomorrow (Saturday).
Inspired by new manager Mark Patterson, the Railwaymen have won their previous two Conference League games and Patterson is keen to keep the winning run going to get out of the bottom three.
"Margate have not had the best time of it at home and I will be looking for a result," said Patterson.
"We have won our last two games and with our rivals involved in tough games a win would be a real bonus and help get us out of the relegation zone."
RMI will at full strength for the game despite long term knee problems to Gerry Harrison and Phil Salt, but they expect to be fit.
The future of Ged Kielty is uncertain, however, with RMI officials refusing to comment on reports that Stalybridge boss Dave Miller has signed the midfielder.
Patterson wants to bring in new faces but has to work under tight financial constraints and will have to release players before he came move on the transfer market.
"But to be fair I am not looking at what other teams do, it is what Leigh does that counts. I have set a target and if we achieve it then we will be safe."
