A BOLTON man cleared last week of six sex abuse allegations concerning a young girl will not face a re-trial on a further charge of indecent assault.
Stuart Tracey, aged 55, of Centre Gardens, Halliwell, was cleared of five charges of indecent assault and one of indecency with a child at the end of a Preston Crown Court trial.
But the jury failed to reach a verdict on another indecent assault allegation concerning the same girl.
On Friday it was agreed that a not guilty verdict should be entered.
