AN elderly couple escaped with minor injuries after their car careered out of control and crashed into a wall. The man and wife managed to free themselves from the wreckage of the car in Belmont Road, near the junction with Wilkinson Road, at rush hour last night. They were taken to hospital and released after treatment.
